Sticky Bowl is an ingenious invention designed by Australian Chef, Mauro Felici to stick mixing bowls to benches. If you need to mix or emulsify fast and you have no one else to help you, then Sticky Bowl is the perfect assistant! You can use it from preparation to garnish. It's also great to use with a handheld electric mixer.Simply place Sticky Bowl on any smooth surface and press in the centre so that it sticks to the bench. Then place a bowl on top and press to secure suction. When you are finished you just twist the lever to release the bowl and pop the Sticky Bowl straight in the dishwasher, all too easy. The Sticky Bowl can accommodate many different sized bowls and is completely food safe and heat resistant. Made from non-porous high quality food grade silicone, it won't trap odors and can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C.The Sticky Bowl was featured on ABC's The New Inventors in April 2007, where it won the judges vote as well as the Peoples Choice Award.
