Lemon meringue pie milkshake

Method

  • Beat the cream, sugar, Marshmallow Fluff and  vanilla in a bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • Then blend the milk with the lemon curd, ice cream and lemon juice.
  • To serve, pour the shake into individual glasses and top with a large spoonful of the meringue mixture and a sprinkling of lemon zest.

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • ¼ cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • ½ tspn vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3 heaped tbsp lemon curd
  • 320 gm top quality vanilla bean ice cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • grated lemon zest
