Salted lemonade

Method

  • Put the preserved lemon and a little of the brine in individual glasses with the lime juice. Mix it up with a fork and add the ice and mineral water. Mix well and serve.
  • nb.  You can use Moroccan salted lemons, if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp finely sliced preserved, salt-brined lemon, with liquid
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 2 cups sparkling mineral water
