Salted lemonade
Method
- Put the preserved lemon and a little of the brine in individual glasses with the lime juice. Mix it up with a fork and add the ice and mineral water. Mix well and serve.
- nb. You can use Moroccan salted lemons, if you prefer.
Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp finely sliced preserved, salt-brined lemon, with liquid
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 handfuls ice cubes
- 2 cups sparkling mineral water
