Muesli crunch


  • Roughly puree the mangoes, banana, honey, lime juice and yoghurt.
  • Then layer the mango puree with the muesli and fruit salad in individual glasses or bowls, finishing with the puree and a garnish of mint.
  • nb.  Low fat yoghurt can be used, if you like.


  • 2-3 mangoes, peeled & roughly chopped
  • ½ banana, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup good quality toasted muesli
  • 2 heaped cups mixture of cut fresh fruit
  • a handful of fresh mint sprigs
