My Bircher muesli
Method
- The night before serving, whisk the cream with a hand beater to form soft peaks.
- Then add the yoghurt and mix well, before adding the berries, dried fruit and shredded coconut. Mix until well combined. Then taste and refrigerate overnight.
- If you like, serve with some melted honey drizzled over the top.
Ingredients
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml plain yoghurt
- 250 gm mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 45 gm dried apricots, chopped
- 45 gm dried figs, chopped
- 45 gm sultanas
- 45 gm pecans, chopped
- 45 gm dried dates, chopped
- 45 gm shredded coconut
