Elmo's chocolate float


  • Put the milk, sugar and vanilla in a pot and gently heat until almost boiling.
  • Then remove from the heat, add the chocolate and whisk until melted, returning to the heat if need be.
  • Put a scoop of ice cream (or frozen yoghurt) in each mug, pour the hot chocolate over and sprinkle with 100’s & 1000’s.

  • 2 heaped tspn white sugar
  • a few drops of vanilla essence
  • 100 gm dark cooking chocolate, broken into pieces
  • ice cream or frozen yoghurt
  • 100’s & 1000’s
