Elmo's chocolate float
Method
- Put the milk, sugar and vanilla in a pot and gently heat until almost boiling.
- Then remove from the heat, add the chocolate and whisk until melted, returning to the heat if need be.
- Put a scoop of ice cream (or frozen yoghurt) in each mug, pour the hot chocolate over and sprinkle with 100’s & 1000’s.
Ingredients
- 2 large mugs of milk
- 2 heaped tspn white sugar
- a few drops of vanilla essence
- 100 gm dark cooking chocolate, broken into pieces
- ice cream or frozen yoghurt
- 100’s & 1000’s
