Turkish Delight bon bons


  • Preheat oven to 180°C-200°C fan forced (200°C-220°C normal). 
  • Cut each piece of Turkish Delight into 4 and toss with a little icing sugar, to stop clumping. 
  • Combine the egg and milk in a small bowl. 
  • Cut each pastry sheet in half lengthways and brush the edges with egg wash.
  • Then lay the Turkish Delight along the centre of the pastry pieces and roll up like a bon bon. Twist the ends and lay on 1-2 lightly oiled baking sheets.
  • Brush the bon bons all over with egg wash and cook in the oven until golden brown.
  • nb. Smaller bon bons can be made, if you prefer, and serve as a sweet or after dinner snack.

  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • cooking oil spray
