Parmesan crisps


  • Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced (180°C normal).
  • Place a small round pastry cutter on a non-stick oven tray and fill with enough grated parmesan to make an even thin layer. Repeat the process with the remaining cheese, leaving room between each round.
  • Then cook in the oven for about 6-10 mins until golden brown.
  • Using a palate knife, transfer the parmesan rounds to the top of a rolling pin (to shape). Allow to cool, then remove and serve.


  • 200 gm freshly grated Italian parmesan
