A brunch platter
Method
- Arrange all the ingredients on a large platter (or individual plates) and dress with a little oil and balsamic. Garnish with the cress and serve with the bread and small bowls of olive oil and balsamic on the side.
- nb. You can use any variety of ingredients you like.
Ingredients
- 1-2 ripe red tomatoes, cut into wedges
- goat's or feta cheese, crumbled
- marinated artichokes
- a mixture of olives
- chargrilled vegies tossed in a little olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- a handful of baby cress
- slices of country-style bread or pita, toasted or warmed
