A brunch platter

Method

  • Arrange all the ingredients on a large platter (or individual plates) and dress with a little oil and balsamic. Garnish with the cress and serve with the bread and small bowls of olive oil and balsamic on the side.
  • nb. You can use any variety of ingredients you like.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 ripe red tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • goat's or feta cheese, crumbled
  • marinated artichokes
  • a mixture of olives
  • chargrilled vegies tossed in a little olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • a handful of baby cress
  • slices of country-style bread or pita, toasted or warmed
