Chocolate fudge


  • Put all the milk with the brown sugar, butter and glucose in a heavy-bottomed pot. Bring to the boil, turn the heat down and gently simmer for 15 mins, stirring regularly. Then remove from the heat and set aside to cool for 5 mins.
  • Add the dark chocolate and beat using a hand mixer for about 5 mins, until thick and creamy.
  • Then lightly oil a slice tin and line with baking paper. Pour in the chocolate mixture, evenly spread out to the corners and cool completely until solid.
  • When ready, cut the fudge into squares. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top. Enjoy!
