A hot camembert dip with herbs


  • Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced (200°C normal).
  • Unwrap the camembert from the paper, return to the box and cover with the lid. Then place the box on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15 mins.
  • Cut a large cross in the top of the cheese and peel back the skin. Then sprinkle with herbs, place on a plate and serve with the grissini on the side.


  • 1 medium-large camembert in a box
  • 1 tbsp mixture of chopped fresh herbs, eg. parsley, chives & basil
  • 1 packet grissini
