Chicken Waldorf wraps

Method

  • Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard with a good squeze of lemon juice. Taste for seasoning.
  • Add the celery, apple and walnuts. Toss and then add the chicken. Combine well.
  • Wrap the chicken salad in the lettuce leaves and serve.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 heaped tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tspn mustard
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 celery stalk, finely sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled & finely sliced
  • 1 small handful walnut halves
  • ½ bought BBQ chicken, skin removed & shredded
  • inner leaves of 1 iceberg lettuce
