Chocolate fridge cake
Method
- Melt the dark chocolate, golden syrup and butter together in the microwave.
- Then put the crumbled digestive biscuits, marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl.
- Add the melted chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
- Then transfer the mixture into a lightly oiled slice dish (or small oven tray), pressing into the corners, and refrigerate until set.
- When ready, turn out the cake and cut into squares.

- 125 gm dark cooking chocolate
- 45 ml golden syrup
- 60 gm unsalted butter
- 250 gm digestive biscuits, roughly broken up
- 60 gm mini marshmallows
- 30 gm Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
- cooking oil spray
