Bacon, egg & tomato 'sanga'


  • Heat a little oil in a large heavy-bottomed pan and fry the eggs and bacon. 
  • At the same time, toast or lightly oil the bread and grill.
  • Then place a layer of tomatoes on 2 slices of toast and top with the bacon, eggs and a little salt and pepper.
  • Generously smear the remaining toast with relish or chutney and place on top of the sandwich.
  • Serve with plenty of serviettes!

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • good quality relish or chutney
