Buffalo milk mozzarella with basil & Heirloom tomatoes


  • Gently toss the tomatoes, basil, seasonings and mozzarella with the oil until well coated.
  • Serve with good crusty bread on the side.
  • nb. Any large ripe tomatoes can be used.  


  • 8 large Heirloom tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, torn
  • sea salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 1 large buffalo mozzarella ball, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
