Chocky walnut treats


  • Preheat oven to 190°C fan forced (210°C normal).
  • Top each walnut half with a drop of honey and cook in the oven for 3-4 mins.
  • Break the chocolate into smallish pieces and cook in the microwave for 1 min on high. Then stir and microwave for another minute.
  • Lay a sheet of baking paper on 2 oven trays and arrange tablespoons of the melted chocolate on top. Then place a walnut half on each and allow to set.
