Honey roasted peanuts


  • Preheat oven to 130°C fan forced (150°C normal).
  • Combine the peanuts with the honey and 5-spice powder.
  • Then lightly oil a baking tray and top with baking paper. Spread the peanut mixture in the tray and cook in the oven for about 15 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
  • nb. Will keep for up to 1 week in an airtight container.


  • 500 gm raw peanuts, lightly roasted
  • ¼-½ cup honey
  • 1 tspn 5-spice powder
  • cooking oil spray
