Charlotte's lamb chops with sweetcorn


  • Whisk the oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings until well combined in a large bowl. Add the chops and toss well.
  • Then cook  the chops on a preheated ridged grill (or BBQ) to the desired degree, brushing with the marinade as you do so.
  • While the chops are cooking, cook the sweetcorn in lightly salted boiling water until tender.


  • 1 cup olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • sea salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 1 rack of lamb, cut into chops
  • 2 corn cobs, cut in half
