Banana biscuits


  • Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced (180°C normal). 
  • Combine the sugar with the arrowroot, cinnamon and oats in a large bowl. Then add the vanilla, maple syrup, oil and mashed bananas. Mix well.  
  • Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto lightly oiled baking trays. Then flatten out slightly and cook in the oven for 12-15 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 mins, before putting on a cake rack to completely cool.

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup canola (or vegetable) oil
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • cooking oil spray
