Microwaved baked eggs 'n' beans


  • Lightly spray 4 small microwave-proof bowls with oil and share the baked beans between each one.
  • Break an egg in the centre of each bowl, cover with clingwrap and cook in the microwave on 70% for 3-4 mins. 
  • Then sprinkle chives and a little ground pepper on top of each egg and serve with toasted bread on the side.
