2-minute chilli noodles
Method
- Soak the noodles in boiling water until separated. Drain well.
- At the same time, heat a little oil in a wok (or large non-stick pan) and briefly cook the chillies.
- Add the wonga bok, snowpeas, spring onions and pork. Briefly toss and then add the noodles, Teriyaki marinade, oyster sauce and stock. Toss to heat through and taste for seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Hokkien noodles
- vegetable oil
- 2 small red chillies, finely sliced
- ¼ wonga bok (Chinese cabbage), shredded
- 8 snowpeas, shredded
- 2-3 spring (green) onions, shredded on the diagonal
- ¼ bought Chinese BBQ pork, shredded (optional)
- a splash of Teriyaki marinade
- a splash of oyster sauce
- ¼ cup vegetable stock
