Chocolate dipped goodies

Method

  • Heat the chocolate over heat and transfer to a bowl.
  • Then individually partially dip the fruit and marshmallows into the chocolate and place on a baking tray lined with foil. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until set and then serve.
  • nb. Reheat the chocolate if it hardens too much.

  • dark cooking chocolate
  • fresh fruit, peeled & cut into pieces
  • dried fruit marshmallows
