Woody's Hawaiian pizza

Method

  • Preheat a pizza oven (or conventional oven to the highest degree).
  • Combine the the garlic and oil. Set aside.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured workbench and form into rounds.
  • Place the dough on 'paddles', if using a pizza oven, or place a pizza base on a lightly oiled tray if using the oven. Then smear the top with the tomato sauce, leaving an edge, and top with mozzarella, bocconcini, ham, pineapple and olives. Drizzle with the garlic oil and sprinkle oregano over the top.
  • Repeat the process with remaining dough and ingredients. 
  • Cook the pizzas until browned on the bottom and then cut into 4 to serve.
  • nb. Bought pizza bases can be used, if you prefer.

  • 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • pizza dough
  • plain flour
  • cooking oil spray
  • Italian tomato cooking sauce
  • mozarella cheese, grated
  • bocconcini cheese, drained well & finely sliced
  • shredded ham
  • canned pineapple pieces
  • pitted black olives
  • dried oregano
