Baked tuna cheese rolls

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced (200°C normal). 
  • Combine all the ingredients (except the buns) and taste for seasoning.
  • Then hollow out a little of each bun and mound the mixture inside. Press the lids on top, wrap in kitchen foil, place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 10-12 mins until the cheese melts.

  • 1 can tuna, drained & flaked
  • 2 heaped tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard pickles
  • 2 spring (green) onions, chopped
  • ½ large celery stalk, finely diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 burger buns, halved
