BBQ pork noodle rolls


  • Gently unroll the rice noodle rolls. (If a bit firm, steam briefly.) 
  • Then place some pork across the centre of a noodle roll and top with a spring onion, a cucumber baton, coriander and the sauce. Roll up and place on a plate that will fit into a large steamer. Repeat the process.
  • Drizzle with more sauce and steam for about 5 mins until tender. 
  • Serve garnished with shredded spring onion.


  • Hor Fun (rice noodle) rolls
  • 250 gm bought Chinese BBQ pork, chopped
  • spring (green) onions
  • continental (telegraph) cucumber, cut in batons
  • fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
  • sweet 'n' spicy chilli sauce or hoisin sauce
