Peanut Butter bars


  • Place the honey, golden syrup, sugar and peanut butter in a microwave-proof bowl. Stir and cook in the microwave, uncovered, for 2-3 mins until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Then gently stir the Cornflakes and peanuts into the above mixture, trying not to crush the Cornflakes too much.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lightly oiled Swiss Roll pan. Spread out to the edges and allow to cool (preferably overnight) before cutting into squares.
