Bacon, onion & fried egg wrap


  • Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and gently saute the onion until tender. Push it to the side and briefly cook the bacon.
  • Then push the bacon to the side and fry the eggs, flipping over halfway through.
  • Heat the tortillas on a grill, BBQ or in the oven and place on the workbench.
  • Spread sweet chilli sauce and sour cream on the tortillas.Then top with the onion, bacon and egg. Fold the bottom in and then both sides.


  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
