Salmon in the microwave


  • Place the salmon and vegies in a lightly oiled, deep microwave dish. Sprinkle with soy and ginger and cover with plastic wrap. Then cook in the microwave on high for 3-5 mins.
  • Serve with spring onion sprinkled on top.


  • 2 x 180 gm salmon fillets, bones removed
  • 6 baby corn, halved lengthways
  • inner leaves of 2 bok choy
  • olive oil spray
  • a splash of soy sauce
  • ½ tspn grated fresh ginger
  • sliced spring (green) onions
