Chocolate & marshmallow S'mores


  • Preheat oven to 180°C. fan forced (200°C normal).
  • Place a biscuit on a workbench. Top with a layer of marshmallows and chocolate and then another biscuit.
  • Wrap the lot in foil and repeat the process. Then cook in the oven for 6-8 mins until the insides have softened.
  • Unwrap and set aside to cool before serving.
