Ham, cheese & pineapple 'sandwiches'

Method

  • Layer the ham, pineapple and cheese on top of tortillas, leaving an edge. Rub a little oil around the edges and cover with another tortilla.
  • Then cook the 'sandwiches', one at a time, on both sides in a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
