Triple berry smoothies & a lunch box treat

Method

  • To make the smoothies, blend the berries with the ice, honey, yoghurt and cranberry juice. Taste for sweetness and serve.
  • Then combine the snack foods in small plastic bags for the kids to take to school for a snack.

Ingredients

  • ¼ punnet blueberries
  • ½ punnet strawberries
  • ½ punnet raspberries
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • ½-¾ cup cranberry juice
  • a variety of snack foods, ie. seaweed biscuits, dried bananas, sultanas, pretzels, popcorn, etc.
