Triple berry smoothies & a lunch box treat
Method
- To make the smoothies, blend the berries with the ice, honey, yoghurt and cranberry juice. Taste for sweetness and serve.
- Then combine the snack foods in small plastic bags for the kids to take to school for a snack.
Ingredients
- ¼ punnet blueberries
- ½ punnet strawberries
- ½ punnet raspberries
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
- ½-¾ cup cranberry juice
- a variety of snack foods, ie. seaweed biscuits, dried bananas, sultanas, pretzels, popcorn, etc.
