Heath’s pizzas


  • Preheat oven to 250°C
  • Smear half the pizza bases with the tomato passata and arrange the salami on top.
  • Then sprinkle the dried lemon and oregano over the top, with a little salt.
  • Smear the remaining pizza bases with tomato puree and scatter dollops of the mozzarella on top.
  • Then cook the pizzas in the oven for about 15 mins.
  • Scatter the basil over the mozzarella and serve the pizzas with plenty of serviettes.

  • 2 large homemade or bought pizza bases
  • tomato passata (Italian tomato cooking sauce)
  • sliced salami of your choice
  • mixture of chopped dried lemon rind & oregano
  • sea salt
  • mozzarella
  • a few fresh basil leaves
