Method

  • Combine all ingredients and then knead well to form a medium-soft dough. Set aside to rise for 5-6 mins.
  • When ready, form the dough into tennis-sized balls and roll out. 
  • Then gently cook both sides on a hot tava (hot plate or in a lightly oiled pan).
