BBQ prosciutto wrapped figs stuffed with goat's cheese


  • Soak a few wooden skewers in warm water for about 20 mins.
  • Cut the figs in 4 almost through to the bottom and stuff with the goat's cheese. 
  • Then tightly wrap prosciutto around each fig.
  • Put two figs on each skewer. Repeat the process, spray with a little oil and cook on a lightly oiled BBQ or ridged grill.
  • Serve as a starter or as an accompaniment to a simple meat dish.
