Rocky Road sundae

Method

  • Place the chocolate, cream, milk and honey in a heavy-bottomed pan and gently cook until melted. Set aside and allow the chocolate sauce to cool a little.
  • Then layer serving glasses with ice cream, marshmallows, nuts and Flake. Top with the chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Repeat the process, finishing with cream and a sprinkling of hundred & thousands.

  • 125 gm dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup thickened cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tspn honey
  • chocolate ice cream
  • mini marshmallows
  • brazil nuts, toasted
  • 1 Flake bar (or other chocolate bar), chopped
  • whipped cream
  • hundreds & thousands
