Lettuce & herb salad


  • To make the dressing, place the oil, vinegars and seasonings in a large bowl and swirl around to combine.
  • Then add the lettuce leaves and herbs to the dressing and gently toss until well coated.
  • Serve as an accompaniment to any dish.

  • 1 tspn sherry vinegar
  • sea salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 1 good handful mixed lettuce leaves, torn
  • 1 handful mixed herb leaves, torn
