Sticky Rice Bubbles balls

Method

  • Gently melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed pot. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.
  • Then add the Rice Bubbles and stir to coat well. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly for 5-10 mins.
  • When ready, combine the hundreds & thousands with the chopped peanuts in a bowl.
  • Shape teaspoonfuls of the marshmallow mixture into small balls and then roll in the hundreds & thousands and nuts.

  • 100 gm Rice Bubbles
  • hundreds & thousands
  • raw peanuts, coarsely chopped
