Ham & cheese tostados


  • Preheat overhead grill to the highest degree.
  • Spray one side of each tortilla with oil and place on a baking tray, oil side down. Then spread the chutney on the base and scatter the ham, spring onion and cheese over the top.
  • Cook the tortillas under the grill until golden and bubbling. 
  • Serve cut into quarters.


  • 4 flour tortillas
  • olive oil spray
  • a good tomato chutney
  • shaved ham, torn
  • 2 spring (green) onions, finely chopped
  • grated tasty cheese
