Chocolate Rice Bubbles & marshmallow crackles

Method

  • Gently melt the chocolate and copha in a double boiler over simmering water.
  • Combine the Rice Bubbles with the melted chocolate mixture in a large bowl. Then add the cherries with the marshmallows and mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture into 20 patty cases and refrigerate until set.

  • 100 gm dark cooking chocolate
  • 85 gm copha, chopped
  • 3 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 8-10 glace cherries, chopped
  • 100 gm marshmallows, chopped
