Blue cheese, rocket & peppered pear salad


  • Sprinkle the sliced pears with pepper and cook on a lightly oiled ridged grill or BBQ, spraying with oil when turned over.
  • At the same time, toast or grill the bread.
  • Then lightly dress the rocket with oil and balsamic.
  • To serve, place a piece of toast on individual plates, top with blue cheese and the pear slices. Then mound the rocket on the side and drizzle a little honey over.
