Sunday night pizza

Method

  • Preheat oven to 220°C.
  • Cut the pastry sheet in a large round and put on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  • Scatter artichokes and olives on the pastry, leaving an edge. Then top with a good layer of cheese and thyme.
  • Mix together the egg and milk and brush around the pastry edge. Then cook in the oven for 10-12 mins until the cheese is golden and melted.

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • olive oil spray
  • bottled artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
  • pimento stuffed olives, halved
  • grated gruyere cheese
  • 1 tspn fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
