Orange & cheese fish

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Place the fish in an ovenproof dish in one layer. Lightly salt and top with the orange juice, tasty cheese, parsley and Cornflakes. Dot with butter and cook in the oven for about 15 mins.
  • When the fish is almost ready, cook the broccoli in plenty of boiling water. Drain well.
  • Serve the fish with broccoli on the side.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm fish fillets
  • sea salt
  • juice of 1-1½ oranges
  • grated tasty cheese
  • freshly chopped parsley
  • crushed Cornflakes
  • 1 tbsp butter broccoli florets
