Reef & Beef


Heat a flat grill or BBQ and brush with oil. Cook steaks to desired degree, seasoning once turned over and only turning once. At the same time, briefly cook prawns in a lightly oiled non-stick pan until slightly firm. Then remove and set aside. To make the sauce, add garlic, chillies, wine, stock, cream and pepper to the pan. Stir and reduce. Return prawns to pan and toss to heat. To serve, place a steak on each plate, top with prawns and spoon sauce over the top.
