Brasserie Bread
Kids baking classes, school excursions and artisan bread and sourdough baking workshops.
The hands-on baking courses are designed to introduce the joys of artisan baking to people of all ages.
They also run Wholesale Breaducation Classes to further educate wholesale customers, chefs and business owners.
Brasserie Bread is the realisation of a dream that started decades ago at Bayswater Brasserie in Kings Cross, the iconic Sydney restaurant opened by Tony Papas in 1982. In 1989 Tony was joined by Michael Klausen, and they both believed "a great Sydney dining experience was not complete without a fantastic bread accompaniment".
